We take immense pride in our artisanal craftsmanship. If you are not completely enchanted by your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of delivery directly through your online account.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or blemishes.
• All original brand labels, silk certification tags, and fold pins must remain intact.
• Custom-tailored blouses or bespoke stitched orders cannot be returned unless physically defective.

3. Return Pickup Process

Once submitted, our logistics partner will arrange reverse doorstep pickup within 48 hours. Upon quality inspection at our central warehouse, your full refund will be processed immediately.
