1. Shipping Coverage
Vastra Heritage delivers across 26,000+ postal PIN codes covering all 28 states and 8 union territories of India through authorized tier-1 express courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket.
2. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Valid on all prepaid and COD orders of value ₹999 and above.
- Standard Orders: Flat ₹99 shipping charge applies for orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders.
3. Dispatch & Transit Timelines
Orders are hand-inspected and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Estimated transit duration:
- Metro Cities: 2 - 3 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
- Northeast & Remote Regions: 5 - 7 business days.
